What should I bring to my consultation?

Bring yourself and any medical information including medicine/vitamins you may be taking. If you can come to your consultation make-up free that would be great.

Are there any possible risks and side effects?

With any non-surgical cosmetic treatments there may be risks and side effects. These will be discussed at your consultation with a registered nurse and medical doctor.

Are cancellations allowed?

Cancellation policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee. A $50 deposit is required to secure appointment times. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
